Meeting format

01 — MANCOM MEETINGS

Strategic. Where leadership steers the company — sets direction, ratifies plans, and makes the calls only this room can make. For strategy, not status.

02 — WEEKLY MEETINGS

For weekly decisions, not just updates. Each team resolves what must be decided this week and unblocks the next.

03 — WORK SESSIONS

A co-working session to progress shared action items together, in real time, without waiting for replies.

January — Kickoff ManCom
April — Q1 Check-In
July — Mid-Year ManCom (we are here)
October — Q3 Check-In

Four chapters into the plan

2025
2026
H2
Survival
Trade shows built a ₱15–20M pipeline and we stood up Panso + policies — then Q4 collections broke. Cash defense is now permanent.
Q1
Defiant survival
We reorganized, pivoted to govtech, and set the A/B/C + OPS-fund guardrails — holding the line through a real macro shock.
Q2
Gaining Momentum
The bets paid off: Solutionsfest, LGU booking pilots, Toei, Policy Hub live. Real output — momentum, if not yet "in the green."
WE ARE HERE
H2
Reinforce & build
We are here now — mid-year. Build on the momentum, lay the rail, and set 2027 up to start at speed. The next ~4.5 years is where the war is won.

Where we are now

Bruised, not beaten

Why

We came through bruised but not beaten. What steers us now is discipline and systems — not another morale push.

What

Cashflow and profitability still rule the company like Queen & King. While we protect those, we work on expanding the chessboard — strategy.

How

Our 40 hours, our tools, and AI — used well. Everything else is downstream of how we spend them.

Chessboard

AI Framework — Exponential Path

AI produces more and better — not fewer people, the same people achieving exponentially more. The only way to survive is to embrace it and outperform the rest.

Traditional productivity
Legs

One hour of effort, one hour of ground.

With tools & tech
Pedals

Pedaling and steering to cover five times the ground.

AI systems
20×
Rails

One decision at the station covers the same distance in a twentieth of the time.

“If I had 20 of me, what would I build?” — that capacity buys thinking, planning, and iterating, not leaning back. Taste is the human edge: choosing the right output. Danish furniture logic — 50 sketches, 20 prototypes, every decision earned.

More and better — not replacing people
5 / 17

Gain: Bandwidth, not Speed

The hours AI and systems absorb don't disappear — they return to you as space for the work only a human can do. Less firefighting, more architecture. Less transcription, more judgment.

“Everybody does only the things that only they can do.”

Bandwidth for human work

Housekeeping

Housekeeping items

aOwn your logs — and your team's. Your entries are the basis for client billing and payroll; approve deliberately, like PTF hours.
bApprove only what you've verified. Reconcile against what happened — an unverified approval is money out the door.
cTag billable vs non-billable correctly. It's a property of the task, not the person; mis-tagging hides revenue we can invoice.
dLog against the real project, not a catch-all. Generic "Admin/Internal" can't be billed or costed; flag missing categories.
eTrack by the minute. 14 is 14, not 15 — rounding inflates hours and erodes trust.
fAccount for the full 40. Log genuine idle as Other / Idle; don't pad another project.
gSubmit daily — don't backlog. Unsubmitted time is unpaid, unbilled time.
hUse your department's online tool. Each department has its own tool in Mata Web Tools — one source of truth, below.

The Q3 standard

Accountability, turnaround & reliability

The bottleneck is never the task — it's the loop that never closed. The ABC behavior framework is how we self-evaluate where our 40 hours go (reflected in Panso):

A — makes the future betterProactive, compounding work: systems, KUs, skills. Grow it.
B — maintains the presentKeeps things running: delivery, admin, upkeep. Keep it lean.
C — makes the future worseRework, firefighting, distraction. Cut it.

These five standards turn A/B/C from self-assessment into shared practice — the behaviors that keep loops closed, hours honest, and the multiplier fair.

01

Close loops in writing

If it isn't written down and closed, it isn't done. We hold this standard together, founders included.

02

Faster turnaround

Reliability runs both ways. We move faster now — commitments are met on the date given.

03

Reliability over intensity

Consistent, predictable delivery beats sporadic heroics — it's what the multiplier rewards.

04

Close-ended asks

Cross-department requests arrive with a proposed answer, not a new question.

05

Own log approval

Approving your team's Panso logs is now standing — endorse them as you would a PTF.

The horizon

Build the rail — 2026 to 2030

H2 lays the groundwork; the payoff compounds over the next ~4.5 years. Everyone pulls their weight now.

H2 2026 · lay the rail
2026

Breakthrough and groundwork for exponential change.

  • Panso data spine fixed — pay, incentives, billing run clean
  • Attention freed: chairs delegated, founders off the critical path
  • Flagship productized: booking + virtual-map standard get a playbook & owner
  • ATOP Ormoc (Oct): first national stage, ≥2 government pilots
  • Rebrand shipped; spin-out decision by Oct; close cash-safe
Start at speed
2027

The turn — our bets start compounding.

  • Panso goes commercial: paying partners, first non-Cebu deployments
  • Two P&Ls — services and platforms — run without Ryan in the room
  • LGU template sales industrialized off the ATOP pipeline
  • Funding decision live; incentive doctrine audited
  • MICECON stage (if Cebu wins) demos the full stack
Compound & scale
2028–2030

Where the war is won — the position we have been building toward.

  • 2028 Asian Beach Games: our stack on a quasi-Olympic stage
  • Cebu gold-standard → national standard (DOT/DILG/SEA)
  • Founder-light: ManCom owns departments; Ryan on strategy
  • Platform cash funds the next ventures
  • Vision-2030 scorecard: double down on what went exponential
